The problem with not eating breakfast is that it will only slow down your metabolism even further. Instead of burning fat you will be storing it because your body goes into a sort of starvation mode. It senses the lack of food and begins hanging onto the fat and burning fewer calories.

The best tip here is to eat breakfast each day, but eat a sensible breakfast. I’m not talking about sugared cereals or a package frosted pop tarts. How about a scrambled egg and piece of ham, or some fresh fruit. No, it is not something you can eat while steering your car down the road to work. But why not get up 10 minutes earlier and do things that will help you lose the weight you want to lose instead?
